Lucrezia and her team will welcome you to their villa dating back to the 1600s, with a view over the Tuscan hills and located in the heart of Chianti Classico, a world-renowned area for wine production.

After enjoying a traditional Italian moka coffee, you will be guided on a tour of the property. The team will share with you the history of the villa as well as the family’s wine and olive oil production. You will then be accompanied to the vineyard, the garden, and the vegetable patch, where you will pick fresh vegetables to be used during the experience.

It’s time to begin your cooking class! You’ll be given aprons, and Lulu or Cristina will be delighted to teach you how to prepare a four-course menu following typical Italian recipes, including homemade pasta.

Before dinner, you will taste the family’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced over three generations.

Finally, the moment has come to enjoy what you’ve prepared!
Our team will serve you under the villa’s portico, with your meal paired with selected red wines chosen by our sommelier.
