The Pasqualetti Viticoltori winery in Peccioli offers a comprehensive experience for wine lovers that includes:
Vineyard Tour: A walk through the vineyard adjacent to the winery with detailed explanations of the grape varieties grown and the viticultural techniques adopted.
Winery Visit: A tour inside the winery where the different stages of the winemaking process and the technologies used will be explained.
Guided Tasting: Tasting of three wines produced by the winery, accompanied by bread topped with their own extra virgin olive oil. The use of neutral bread and oil is designed not to alter the palate and allow a better perception of the organoleptic characteristics of the wines.
Laura, will lead guests on a tour of the vineyard, with detailed explanations , from pruning to grape harvesting, to best illustrate the wine production process and how it affects the quality of the final product.
