• Cortona

Are you curious to learn the art of Pecorino cheese?
We invite you to an unforgettable experience in Cortona, where master cheesemaker Lapo and Ilaria will teach you the traditional method of producing and aging Pecorino, the typical Tuscan sheep’s milk cheese. You will also visit the farm and its animals—sheep, hens, roosters, geese, and ducks.

During the cheese-making course, you will produce three types of cheese: Raviggiolo, Pecorino, and Ricotta.

The experience will conclude with a delightful tasting of Tuscan bruschetta, Pecorino, pasta with cheese, and ricotta with jam—all paired with excellent wine.
