The Pieve di San Martino has always been a resting and gathering place on the long and arduous journey of pilgrims; this characteristic has been preserved to the present day. It is the Tuscan countryside that provides the setting: green and lush in spring, full of sunshine and gold in summer.

The four apartments created in the annex of the Pieve are independent, finely restored, furnished with care and leaning against the beautiful Romanesque church from 1200. The ancient chapel is also now a meeting place; the owners normally receive guests here, but it can also be used for corporate meetings.

Peace, tranquility and mysticism are the characteristics of this place.

From the Pieve di San Martino the most beautiful places and cities of art in Tuscany are easily accessible.
Florence is 60 km away with all its monuments and works of art.
Siena, the city of the Palio, is 20 km away, with its unique Piazza "Il Campo."
San Gimignano, "the city of 100 towers," is only 15 km away.

The Pieve di San Martino is located in the countryside of the town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, internationally known for the production of Crystal, from which it is about 4 km away.

The entire property is framed by a manicured garden with a swimming pool (14m x 7m.). 
For sport lovers, there is a sports field located just below the pool that is often used by guests for games and fun with friends.
Barbecue is also available for tasty outdoor dinner.
