We live here, in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and forests. Every day we are close to small family businesses that produce bread, olive oil, and cheese exactly the way it was done generations ago.

The first time I joined a truffle hunting experience, there was no marked path for tourists, no informational signs. Just the truffle hunter, his dogs, and the forest.
