On top of a hill, we will reach the archaeological area where you can still see watchtowers, houses, oil mills, and churches of the abandoned fortified village called Castelvecchio. This woodland setting is also the perfect place to experience Forest Bathing: by stimulating our senses, we will try to establish a deeper connection with the surrounding environment, benefiting from the positive effects that nature offers against stress and anxiety.
