At the Pasqualetti Viticoltori winery, tours of the winery's estate vineyards are conducted upon request to give visitors an understanding of the dedication and professionalism with which the winemakers care for the vines.
Laura Pasqualetti, who takes care of the winery's marketing, will explain with the professionalism and friendliness that contradistinguishes her the techniques of vine cultivation and defense, grape crushing, filtration, microfiltration, physical, chemical and sensory analysis.
In wine tasting, we will examine in order the visual, olfactory and taste-olfactory components of the product under examination, taking into account the importance of each of these aspects to the overall evaluation.
The experience with Light Lunch includes the tasting of 4 wines accompanied by bread and olive oil, salami and cheese and to conclude the passito Nicchiaia IGT Toscana 2007 with cantucci.
