Are you curious to learn the Art of Pecorino Cheese? 
We propose you an unforgettable experience in Cortona, Lapo master cheesemaker and Ilaria will teach you the traditional method for the production and ageing of Pecorino, a typical Tuscan cheese made from sheep's milk. You will visit the farm with its animals, sheep, chickens, rooster, geese and ducks.

During the cheese course you will make three types of cheese: raviggiolo, pecorino and ricotta. The experience will end with a wonderful tasting session with Tuscan bruschetta, pecorino, pasta with cheese, and ricotta with jam. All accompanied by a good wine.

  • Cheese making class (raviggiolo, pecorino and ricotta) including a visit to the sheep shed.
